Why Can’t I Receive Emails from Bitrue

• In an effort to improve user experience, Bitrue is constantly expanding the scope of SMS authentication. Nonetheless, certain nations and regions aren’t currently supported.
• Please check our Global SMS coverage list to see if your location is covered if you are unable to enable SMS authentication. Please use Google Authentication as your primary two-factor authentication if your location is not included on the list.
• The guide How to Enable Google Authentication (2FA) may be of use to you.
• The following actions should be taken if you are still unable to receive SMS codes even after you have activated SMS Authentication or if you are currently living in a nation or region covered by our global SMS coverage list:

1. Make sure there is a strong network signal on your mobile device.
2. Disable any call blocking, firewall, anti-virus, and/or caller programs on your phone that could be preventing our SMS Codes number from working.
3. Turn your phone back on.
4. Instead, try voice verification.

Why Can’t I Receive SMS Verification Codes

• Bitrue continuously improves our SMS Authentication coverage to enhance user experience. However, there are some countries and areas currently not supported.
• If you cannot enable SMS Authentication, please refer to our Global SMS coverage list to check if your area is covered. If your area is not covered on the list, please use Google Authentication as your primary two-factor authentication instead.

• If you have enabled SMS Authentication or you are currently residing in a country or area that’s in our Global SMS coverage list, but you still cannot receiving SMS codes, please take the following steps:

1. Ensure that your mobile phone has a good network signal.
2. Disable your anti-virus and/or firewall and/or call blocker apps on your mobile phone that might potentially block our SMS Codes number.
3. Restart your mobile phone.
4. Try voice verification instead.
5. Reset SMS Authentication, please refer to here.
